    This is a promotional piece for the Eastman-Gaines Schools in New York City.  It includes a schedule of the fees for the year 1911.  It primarily is selling itself through its location in New York and most of the pages feature New York's famous monuments and buildings.  It has a page for the Statue of Liberty, the Williamsburgh Bridge, the Washington Arch and the Y.M.C.A. and the Y.W.C.A. among others.  The cover is blank maybe to allow for mailing.  Folded it is 7 & 1/2" by 6"  It has 20 double panel pages creating 40 pages of information.  It is in very good undamaged condition.
